silicon carbide ceramic desulphuration nozzle have most types: desulfuration spiral nozzle, sulfur removal Axial Vortex nozzle, desulfurization pulse nozzle, and we have two kind of method for desulfurization , dry method desulphurization and wet desulfuration.

Dry is need to make the mixture about desulfurizer lime slurry and SO2 react together and generate the solid dregs. Then elimination through dust filter.

Wet method is using soluble limestone liquid  (0.0l~0.05)g/L with other chemistry liquid, then go across by a large nozzles that spray and washing in reactor tower.

Desulphuration nozzle is of great significance in desulphurization and dust removal industry.

Different desulfurization technology will use different type

desulphurization nozzle, In dry method desulfuration technology , we use Vortex nozzle more.

The fundamental of the desulfuration nozzle is the spray will wet the dust particle and make their physical form be bigger. then, separate it from exhaust gas.

In wet method desulfuration technology, we usually use pressure spiral nozzle . Because it needs spray the liquid and the parts of the nozzle to let the liquid be in rotational motion need to be wear and Abrasion resistance.
